A day at Tadom Hill Resort, Banting

Assalammualaikum...

I started to know this place since it went viral in facebook 2-3 months ago. I stumbled upon a post showing pictures of blue lake, people swims in it with a life jacket.. It was an interesting post, I was attracted, so i browsed their information further and finally found their Instagram page on the search, i follow them since then. I sometimes scrolled on their hashtag to see their pictures. Indeed! The lake loook soooo tempting and blue! and cool too! I like it! I read thru all of comments in Tadom's post and getting in love when i know the entrance fee is affordable.

Lets  go to Tadom Hill Resort!

Once upon a Saturday, i went hiking to Broga Hill, i say hello to a lot of  climbers as i love saying random hello hahah i enjoy be friend with stranger too. I was then (accidentally) met this one group of youngsters at the top of Broga, who asked for a picture together. Being a selfie freak and friendly, i am not shy for a selfie. We then chit chatting and just keep on selfie. It followed by  a lepak together session at the coconut-shake stall down the hill.  After talking so much about hiking, one of them came out with and idea "JOm pergi Tadom Hill" Knowing me, i am an excited person so i promptly said "JOMMMMMMMMMMMMM"

It was so impromptu! Go to hell to a proper planning, it just me and them (the stranger that i only know for few hours) who love to involve in random crazy trip! We don't even have extra clothes for swimming but we don't care. We were then proceed the plan, drove alllllll theeee wayyyyyy from Semenyih to Banting with a bouquet of blooming heart. We were so Exciteeeeeeeedddddddddd!

How to get there?

We took Elite Highway, exit KLIA and the rest of the direction are fully rely on the Waze tehehe..

Please note, there is no visible signboard to get there. You have to slow down your ride when the waze says "you have reached the destination", and then you have to look for the hidden signage "Tadom Hill Resort". There is a narrow junction that you have to take, and the dream place just not too distance from the said junction.

Here we go! We reached Tadom Hill Resort finally!! (without any picnic food nor swimming clothes haha)Taraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..........they have Tadom Groove tag too like a water theme park!

First thing first- pay fee.

Cost per entry : RM 20 per pax (all in) - we got this price since we are in a group of 7.
Cost per pax in a group of 10 peoples : RM 17 per pax (all in)

For staying overnight, there might have different rate, sorry i am not sure about it because we went for a day trip.  Fee already includes the life jacket and picnic spot. You can play in there all day long. The lake only closed at 6.30 p.m

Inside Tadom Hill Resort.

Let me serve you with pictures okay!

Camp site
*you have to book this earlier

The stays- Fully constructed using bamboo and mengkuang leaf/attap. I used to see people uploading photos of him sleeping in the hammock here. But the hammock wasn't hanging there during our visit. It is specially hanged for those who have booked for it perhaps. But it looks interesting! Maybe you can try.

Their BBQ spot- Not too spacious, just nice for a small group event.

Guess what? This is a prayer room provides by Tadom. I respect the management for providing the guest with a proper and cosy prayer room, complete with telekung & sejadah (praying attire & prying mat). For ablution (wudhu'), we have to use their shower room as they didn't provide special spot for ablution. But still okay :)  It is cold inside here! Fully attap and mengkuang leaf. Unique and neatly constructed. Thumbs up Tadom's management! Thanks for welcoming muslims.

There are also a cafe near the entrance but i have no photo of it. The food price might a bit expensive than it should be so i personally recommend you guys to bring your own delicious food instead.

The fun begins!

Ready to splash and soak in the lake!

Sun burn no problem -_-

The bamboo bay just too classic to step on. I feel like zaman dolu-dolu hehe

If you cant swim, no worries. You'll be safe. There are watchman who always aware of the surroundings. They will blow whistle if you swim too far from the others. Life jacket is compulsory at all time..So no worries!

Look! There is a slide but still under construction. Guest is not allowed to get near there.

There is also a spring bamboo, which is designed similarly to a spring board at the pool. You have to Q up there before performing your stunt jumps. There is also a tarzan rope so people can swing over the water like flying before they fall into the water and splash like a drowning tarzan hahaha... so fun!

I spent alot of time watching people jumping. Everyone is showing off their style and stunt, but i didn't  jump, i didn't dare jumping and swimming from that height. Huhu Mengadaaaaaaaaaa.. Maybe next time.

We played rakit too! Seronok!

Buddies of the day- From a stranger to friend. So glad that i met them!

Good bye beautiful place!

After so much time there, we ended the fun with a looooooooooooooooottttttttttttttttt of selfies! like aloooooooooooooooot hahahha. We left Tadom while our clothes are still wet since we didn't bring extra clothes for changing. Fortunately i have my yoga mat in my car so i covered my car seat with my yoga mat, sitting and driving in uncomfortable position..alll the way from Banting to KL! sigh. But i enjoy every moment in Tadom..

If you ask me to rate Tadom, i would give 3 stars out of 5 because:

1. Tadom is yet fully complete their construction. Some of the chalet are still under construction.
2. The choices of chalet are limited. But i can say hammock-stay-style as their signature and this has made Tadom differ from other resort.
3. The ultimate enjoyment is only on the spring bamboo and the tarzan rope. Nothing more adventurous than those factors.

So yeahhhh... i am done with the review. I wish you enjoy reading my humble post.

Happy going to Tadom!
